Refund due
I cancelled a laybye at American Swiss at Eastgate shopping cetre and bought a ring that was on special cash. They owe me R7000 but are now giving me runarounds regarding my refund. Its an excuse after the other. Apparently they need to make the amount in one day,which is challenging because people pay in cash. They also refuse to transfer the cash into my bank account because I don't have a credit card. Its a nightmare
