Refund

I placed an online order p*** . I received the items however I didn't like them then I went to 3 American Swiss stores to request a refund. All 3 stores told me they had no cash so they couldn't refund me. I called the TFG call center and adviced the agent about my return items and she arranged for collection since the stores couldn't refund me logged under CS-565216. I got an email on 05/01/2022 advising me I should go back to the American Swiss stores again for refund which I had already done. I have wasted petrol to drive to the stores and my time. Please urgently advise on how to get this resolved.
