REFUND

HI, I bought a watch for R3000.00 AT AMERICAN SWISS at eastagste mall on the 21-09-2019.The watch was gona be a present for my father when he gets discharged from hospital.Unfortunate he did not make and passed on.I did not want to keep the watch because of the memories.I than went to their branche at mall of the south and the glen mall as they are closest to me for a refund.Both stores told me that they cannot to the refund because they had no money at their stores.They said i should wait until a customer buys in cash for R3000.00 so that they can refund.One of their refund policies is that an refund for item cannot must be with 30 day of purchase,and i feel that they want the 30 days to lapse so that they have grounds to not refund.What hurts me the most is that they knew exactly why i NEEDED the refund,was to assist with the funeral financial.I have bought 3 item from AMERICAN SWISS this year alone,im one of their frequent clients.Can they please refund my money as soon as possible.Their refund policy must be change as it is an incovinience for trusted clients
