Really unhelpful

I spent a lot of money at American swiss after I got money from insurance for ****** jewellery. One of the items I bought was this expensive Italian bracelet with a glitter ball. The stones fell out one by one when eventually there were no stones left. I took it in for repairs and was given the run around. I kept having to phone to find out the status after they sent it to 2 dealers who said it was beyond repair. I was never called even though they said they did. So I collected it and took it to Pearl diamonds around the corner who said they will simply replace the glitter ball no problem. Why couldn't American swiss have done that, well that's because they were not helpful at all. No one there suggested replacing the ball even when I asked them to contact the supplier of bracelet. In my opinion American swiss didn't go out of their way to repair their bracelet at all. It totally puts me off buying jewellery there in the future.
