Really disappointing service!

Bought a ring from Sandton City American Swiss, the ring was obviously worn for about 3 weeks and a stone popped out!

The return policy on the slip clearly states a 6 month guarantee for any defects and the option to repair OR replace OR return the ring entirely. We went back to the store today to return the ring and the lady who assisted us, Mpumi, told me they cannot take the ring back because it has been worn (I’m not sure what I was supposed to do with it besides wearing it!!!). After a lengthy conversation she then resolved that they would replace the stone and return the ring to me - which I specifically told her I was not interested in wearing and owning a defective ring. I am absolutely appalled by the service I received and the attitude from the staff with zero effort to resolve my issue!

American Swiss has really deteriorated in its overall quality, jewellery pieces and staff included!
