Really Bad Quality Product

I wish I could give it 0 stars, I bought my wedding rings set on 30/10/2023 and only started wearing them on 11/05/2024, that is 5 months ago. It is suppose to be STERLING SILVER, but it looks like the silver is coming off and a brass look. Also the gold part on my ring fell off. after 5 months. I cant believe that is how there rings make. Is sterling silver suppose to make like that?? And the store is also no help. Just say sorry, you want it fix you must pay, but they sell **** to you. these rings is suppose to last. If anyone wants photos, I am more than willing to provide it. I really want this sorted out. Why pay so much for something that is suppose to be good quality, but you receive a bad quality? My heart is sore as these are my wedding rings.
