RE: Lack of service with a warrnety

I bought a watch from them early May, a week later the pin in the strap comes off, I go back to get it replaced, they can't replace it but have to send it in. This will take 6 weeks, yes 6 weeks to courier a watch put a pin in and courier it back, shocking. So I brought it back on the 24 May, RE ***, went back on the 2nd July to only be told may I will only get it back at the end of July. What really over 9 weeks to put 1 pin in the strap, how shocking is this, I am disgust with their lack of service
