Today all the staff at American Swiss (Parow Centre) blew me away with their impeccable customer-centricity. Razar Assur is a champion and I was extremely impressed with how he treated me, his staff and went the extra mile by walking to Foschini and Hi-online to successfully resolve my claims. I walked out with both my devices and a warm feeling in my heart.
