Had the worst customer service experience ever at the american swiss shop in middestad mall in bellville, I had bought our wedding bands on the 30th of October and my Fiancees had to be resized. we were informed that she would be contacted once its there. We called them on 6th of november and was told its still not back. Today They when we called again to enquire what was going on they called my fiancee a stupid coloured and claimed that its been there since the 31st
