Quality concerns

<p>On the 12 November 2016 (less than 2 weeks ago) I bought a ring at American Swiss for R2999 and literally 3 days of wearing my ring I noticed that the 2 side stones wear becaming dark. So... anyway, I assumed the ring might nee cleaning (but why since its only been 3 days) I took it to an American Swiss store and they tried to clean it for me, unfortunately after numerous attemps by the store assistant to clean it. The stones wear still dark, she advised that since I never bought the ring at that specific store, I should take it back to the store I bought it from cos It appears as though the stones are loose and might fall any minute... She also stated that the stones have moved out of their original position... really? In a week? How come?</p> <p>Please may you organise my money and take your ring back, I cannot be ********** like this. I WANT MY MONEY BAC****</p>
