Qaulity of Jewelery dropped!!

Thank you to Lesley at American Swiss promenade Mitchell's plain for her kindness and qaility services rendered.. very patient and heart warming young lady.

Furthermore I'd like to that this is the second time America swiss has sold me factory fault rings.. upon collection of the initial complaint which was wonderfully and professionally dealt with at Canal walk I must say all the Ameriacn swiss staff are adorable and extremely helpful I can not complain about that for one moment..

The complaint however goes to the company itself..

The day I collected my wed band I purchased another ring and the third day a diamond fell out somehow.. it was sent away just like the previous one and came back with the same result such as (factory fault)

Why does such a huge well known jewelery store has such bad quality? I am failing to understand this..

💯 will I now think not once nor twice or thrice but probably 10ntimes before il purchade at this store again.. and not because of their "bad services"for sure they have qaulity staff and each adores their work, rather than the quality of the products the company has to offer.. this is very sad to me as I've known American swiss since I could use my brain cells by myself and now they have come to show that their qaulity of what they represent is not of the top range!
