Purchasing of ring

Purchased a ring from the Diamond Pavilion branch. Tried to pay with my mall gift cards and the rest of the amount with my Foschini card. I was told that I can only do that If I have a gift card from their store. So I had to place the entire amount on my Foschini account and was unable to use my gift cards. Was also told that I have to pay R75 to make the ring smaller. That after paying almost R2000! Staff also VERY unfriendly!
