Proposal turned to nightmare!

American Swiss in festival mall Bad service, rude sales representative. I bought an engagement ring I paid for it cash and firstly it had to go in for resizing I left my contact details and I was never contacted to say the ring is back, I went to the store to check and collect of it's back I was promised a box with the ring upon collection I was told there is no box I understood and left my contact details to be contacted another week went past and my engagement part is on the 6th of September still no ring no box. I went to the store on the 1st of September everyone was busy I was not even acknowledged. I left to come back later they were about to close I spoke to one of the representatives through the gate door I asked when is the box I was promised going to come with the ring she gave me the most horrific attitude I have ever experienced from any staff of an establishment and was very rude. So to American Swiss my whole experience to propose to my fiancee has already been tarnished by your staff and bad service from your company. How do you sell rings and don't have ring boxes for 2 weeks. I am expecting my ring that I paid for cash with the box by latest 4th of September as my plan is to propose on the 6th.
