Proper Service

<p>Ok so after our whole mess up with our wedding rings and jewelry in mid / end 2016. </p> <p>We tried american swiss once more. Once again with much dissapointment. </p> <p>We know its a busy season in Dec. But if you cant deliver a decent service by being honest , then i just dont know. As this also happened when we ordered my wedding earings....</p> <p>We ordered a watch set as our branch did not have the stock. The lady informed that they can order this but it will only be able to come the start of the week after chrismas. As this was a Christmas present we were sad but understood it being busy and all.</p> <p>So the TUESDAY after christmas i phoned them , here they had to phone us back with the news they only found one now and it will be delivered by Friday to our store. </p> <p>Come friday - nothing.... But they informed it will come on Monday...</p> <p>So Monday I phone again, This lady atleast had the decency to phone around and found out that the watch is still with their other branch but they will deliver this on Tuesday - as Monday was a holiday</p> <p>So finally having enough of this we informed her to leave it -</p> <p> </p> <p>Now this is where American Swiss Caledon comes in. I phoned to confirm the order is there - because really at this point I cant believe a word Herm**** says. And the guy there (Lee) phoned me back after checking if the order was there , and was so kind to give us directions. So we Drove through all the way to Caledon to get the watch set.</p> <p>There atleast we had decent service where Lee and the lady working with him (sorry didnt get her name) that worked that day (02/01/2017) was so kind as to assist us to make sure the watch and bracelet fit nicelly. They also made us feel very welcome. So Well done to them!!!.</p> <p> </p> <p>BUT herm**** American swiss - DONE AND DUSTED AND NEEEEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! </p>
