Promised to get ring back, but it's not ready!

So I take a ring that I bought on the 31 October 2015 from American Swiss in Keniworth Centre back to the store on Wednesday (11 November 2015) to have it re-sized, I get told it will be ready today (Friday 13th November 2015).<br> <br> I get there and it is not ready and much to my dismay I get told that I will only be able to get it on Wednesday 18 November 2015.<br> <br> The day I bought the ring, I get told that if it needs be re-sized it can be done in 2 days if I need it urgently (and it is said so convincingly) So the ring doesn't fit but I need to go away on holiday the following week so I take I it in when I got back! <br> <br> Long story short, I was in the store 3 times in the space of 2 weeks, dealing with the same people and no one bothered to remember me, I get told a different story by the same people when I go pick it up assuming it would be ready! So why was I told so CONVINCINGLY that it can be done really fast, when it actually can't?<br> <br> Like what is the end game? You **** off customers, oh and mind you I found this morning and they said it would be ready at the store after 2pm!<br> <br> I expect a proper response regarding this and I want a solution fast or I will take this further!<br> <br> Good Day!
