Pricey for nothing

<p>i must say i am very disgested with American Swiss.. They sold us a ring which my wife has not been able to wear in three years; she has been to clearwater mall to complain countless times but it seems like thevsaff there could not be bothered with that ring, it has a design flaw. The ring which is made up of a lot of small diamonds is unfortunately a nighmare to wear as it scraches and pulls out cotton on clothing.. Literally if she wears it her shirt or stalkings or jacket will be ruined. She paid a lot of money to be getting no value out of it. If she had chosen to buy the ring at your competitor, Galaxy for instance, they would at the worst have given her an option to trade that ring in. You can not tell me that you are not aware of this flaw bacuse we have come accross two other people who have also stopped wearing. These rings..</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really appalling cus it means we now need to buy another ring and take what we bought from you and throw it in the bin becuase it is just good for nothing. One would think that as part of your QA processes you che k for ease of use and user friendliness.. Clearly this was not done in this instance... Nxa!</p>
