Prelene American Swiss Galleria

<p>What could have been a disaster, was fixed by Prelene from American Swiss at Galleria Shopping Mall. We handed in a watch to have the battery changed, and after months of running around and many stories. The new managerrss Pralene, came to the rescue. Having established the watch was lost, she e mailed various replacement options to us, and with great efficiency and courtesy, the watch was replaced. How wonderful to experience the customer is king attitude. A credit to her company. Thank you Pralene.</p>
