POOREST QUALITY and just shifting the blame!

After almost 3months after handing my enagement ring and wedding bands in at American Swiss, I finally received feedback that even though the ring was resized 6times smaller, and after this stones keep falling out and cracks appear, they claim it is my fault, because according to them, the ring is damaged due to pressure being app**** from the top... I don't even wash my hands with the ring on...everytime we sent it for repairs, after 3months the same cracks start to appear. It's been repaired more than 3times in 4 years. American Swiss is truly the worse jewelers with the poorest quality jewelry ever! My ring cost R7999 and with each repair costing about R1200, my ring is suppose to be worth almost R12 000! But it looks worse than a ring bought on the street! This is pathetic! Please don't ever buy their rings....or be prepared to pay each year for the poorest quality!
