Poor Workmanship- Watch Repairs
Good day, Around June 2015, my wife bought me a Fossil watch as a present. The glass unfortunately got cracked, but the watch was still fully operational, and in November 2015 we sent it in for repairs. To our amu*****t, in January 2016 they gave us the watch back with white dust particles on the inside and the \seconds\" hand clearly hanging loose, so we sent it back (not for 3 months this time) but for 4 months this time. I'm not sure how something soooo key in a watch is missed as part of a final check?

Four months down the line, we received the watch back but now the watch has something else wrong with it, it stops after running for a couple of hours. I have to pull out the crown and push it back in for it to continue running, which tells me that it is not the battery that is at fault. The watch is clearly not working even though the lady at American Swiss- Greenstone said that it was, while noticing it was standing still while adjusting the time.

At this stage I do not feel like dealing with the American Swiss- Greenstone staff as clearly there is no sense of urgency or remorse for the poor workmanship or for the inconvenience caused over the last 7 months!!!"
