Poor service; No CPA @ American swiss

I was at maponya mall American swiss in soweto. They had a Guess whatch for 1600. I then ask for the whatch. The lady told me is the last one they dont have a box they will I will have to return to get a box and I agreed. When I was trying to pay they were offline. She asked me to go to another retailer to search for that whatch which I did. But the was no Guess in all the stores in maponya. So I returned to the store . The lady told me they dont have a stock number for that watch that has nothing to do with me. She then told me is a recall product I cant buy it after she got off the phone with her Boss Lebo her GM. I requested to speak to lebo but Angel (sales lady) told me she cant get hold of her after she was just on the phone with her. CPA clearly states that the price and the product that was on the shelf is what the customer gets. All I want is that guess for the price I saw. I waited for an hour for them so sort it out but still nothing ********** 175
