Poor service from store manager at Randburg square American swiss

Manager at American Swiss doesn't have management s****s and customer service,they don't exist in her was at the shop today to buy a watch and 3minutes to 5,she tells the lady that was assisting me to hurry bcs it's gonna be 5 now,and the shop is closing,my understanding is if the shop closes at 5,that doesn't mean the customers must be out at that time,you close the door serve the last 1s,then you can leave,and it's not the first time she gave me bad service went there in november 2018 to take my way home bag for a guarantee and she told me that it's gonna take a very long time before I get my watch back,she made sure that I was discouraged to send it for repairs and yet it was still under guarantee,as explained by them when I was buying .
