Poor service from online store

I made a purchase of a ring online in the morning of 30th December 2022,boom on the 2 January 2023 I get an email informing me that my purchase will be refunded. I then went to Clearwater Mall to check that specific ring. To my suprise the consultant told me that the ring is available on certain stores meanwhile online is telling me that they can't get it. What a disappointing service whereby you don't have the courtesy to call or offer alternative. This was my first and last time to buy jewellery from your stores. Imagine waiting patiently to suprise my partner with a gift. Online your service is pathetic. Basically you're telling me to run away from your stores 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️.
