Poor Service

I submitted a watch to American Swiss Kolonade for a service, waterproof seal replacement and battery replacement.

I waited approx 4 weeks for a quote, after Iaccepted the qoute of R403, it took an additional 3 weeks for the watch to be back at the Kolonade branch.

Upon receiving my watch the lady behind the counter asked me what was done on the watch because she does not know and she could not see it on her system as well - she gave my watch to me, I did an inspection and find everything to be in order EXCEPT my strap was not cleaned at all, it was still having the sweet on it as I was wearing it before I gave it to the branch for a service. I paid R403 for the service and it was not even cleaned - what did I pay for then?

I find this unacceptable, I decided to take it back to the shop where I bought it from because I trusted them BUT the dissapointment is of such a nature that I will not buy from Ametican Swiss again due to poor service.
