Poor Service Delivery & Attitude

If there was a no star rating I would absolutely have chosen this.

So I received a statement for a mere R35.31 which is payable on my account. As we are all human, we tend to forget to pay an amount of this nature, as there is in actual fact no balance owing on this account.

Yesterday I received a "death threat"from this institution that if I do not pay the amount of now R36.00 then I will be handed over and taken Legal? How common is this?

To think that companies have become so arrogant where they treat long standing client with NO BALANCE or AMOUNT OWING like this? I have probably been a client of American Swiss for longer than most of their staff are old.

I am truly sorry as I was not aware that The Foshini Group also is in a financial predicament, else I would have effected payment the date I received the statement.

The culture of your company, the arrogance and the lack of s**** and customer service are but some of the points to mention as you are probably not really schooled in many of these facets.

I have subsequently paid an amount of R40.00 and do hope you can and will apply R4.00 of this to SDL (S****s Development) as you clearly lost the plot somewhere in Africa.

I hope the R4.00 will help you repay your debt in some form or way.
