Poor service delivery

<p>I reported 3 months ago if I'm not mistaken about the unsatisfactory service at American Swiss, they rep**** and asked me to come and collect my phone only to find out that I have to wait for what I think is an ghost call centre to answer and confirm that I can take my phone. I have been going back for 3 months to wait for a phone call which is never answered. I do not understand since the contract installments are paid monthly without fail, but they fail to return my cellphone as per the contract </p>
