Poor service

On the 1july 2020 i took my watch for an battery change at American swiss baywest mall port Elizabeth ,the guy who helped me justin fitted the battery the watch was working fine nothing wrong he just couldn't fit the metal cover at the back he then advise to send the watch to their jewellers to fit the back cover but today he phone me told me the jeweller said the mechanism is faulty ....in the first place I just wanted a battery replacement well it was said the watch would be sent to tempo and there was a quote that I have to pay and they said this repair takes 6-7 week ...unfortunately i cannot wait that long for a watch that I took for a battery change and being told the mechanism is faulty as if i broke it. The need to leave me in the Same position they found me before that watch was sent to fit the back cover ...
