Poor service
I bought a wedding ring worth R16 000 at Mall of the north American swiss and was tols ill get it back from repairs in a matter of 3-7 working days. Its 20 days already and no ring i even had my wedding. So i feel to get a refund is the best option ill get another ring somewhere else. What procedures should I follow
