Poor Service at American Swiss
About 10th bad experience at American Swiss Parow. Bangles bought poor quality. Consultants give wrong info to get sale. Rings send in for repairs. They lost my piece of gold. And so I have many complaints unfortunately it is the only. American Swiss close by nd have to use them. With all this problems not once has the manager been available. The last time I even phoned him at a meeting in Century City to get assistance.
