Poor service at american swiss

My wife and I took her ring for repairs, the same point/spot broken and took it back. To our surprised, shop assistant told us that they don't have our records as to when was it repaired. She expected us to provide her with a date of first repair. I asked her to check on their records, she indicated that she does not have records to ascertain the same.
