Poor Service and pricing

<p>Today 4 January 2017 i visited the American Swiss Jewellers branch in Rustenburg Mall, to get my daughter's ears pierced, firstly, the ear piercing went horribly wrong due to the fact that it was pierced incorrectly, they had to remove the one earing from her ear, which in turn hurt her. Then on top of that they still forced me to pay the full amount of R278 on the earings, which in fact i think is rediculious. It isn't even GOLD earings. They also refused in turn to give me the price, they just opend the package and told me that once opened, you need to pay for it. I am not happy at all with the service i received today. </p>
