Poor service and de********ization

I got engaged on the 7th June 2020 and instead of excitement I have been chased from pillar to post by American Swiss in regards to a ring that I want to purchase. As per their reasoning my ring size is bigger than the "average size" which already discriminates against bigger women, it's been three weeks and still no quote from American Swiss they don't even have the decency to call me I have to call the store for updates. In a time where business is low their customer service advised that due to the influx of complains my complaint would take 3 - 5 working days to resolve and that I should be escalating to the store. Bad customer service is why group stores are being forced to shut down, TGF should take a look at the downfall of Edcon
