Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service that I am getting from American Swiss Vaal Mall, I sent in my ring for repairson the stone and they couldn't repair the stone so customer service suggested I put in a claim because it is insured. Last week I had to go to the store myself to find out what is happening after a whole week of it being sent in. Last week Friday I went in again for them to tell me we didn't fill the form correctly and had to fill in where it's missing information and yesterday I had to call again to find out what's happening for the consultant to tell me she's been trying to call the insurance they not picking up she will call again and let me know before 5pm, till now am still waiting for her to call me. I can't believe the whole department unable to pick up the phone the whole day, pathetic.
