Poor service

<p>I went to American swiss festival mall on the 29th April to send in my ring for resizing, they told me it will be taken in and the workshop people will call with a quote of how much it will cost before they can go ahead im still waiting for the call even now, last time i sent the same ring for resizing at centurion mall i did not experience this problem. </p>
