Poor service
American swiss Eastgate mall. Asked for a quote on a ring to be repaired. I was told they had to sent ring in for the quote, and will advise me of the amount it will cost within 10days. Did not receive a call on the quote instead they sent ring to be repaired without my consent. A month later i get a call to collect ring and now i have to pay R800. When i asked why didn't they call me with quote Lady on line said she will sent the ring back and remove the stones. Now they going to damage entire ring. I find this ununacceptable. I have asked for store manager to call me but didnt not receive a call. I need this matter resolved asap This is not the first time this store has disappointed me
