Poor service

On the 12th of December I bought a His and Hers rings . When I got home my husband requested that I go back and exchange it for gold rings as he does not like silver. I went back to Maponya mall and the lady told me she is seeing a little scratch. I asked how as the rings were not worn. I was sent back home. Today the 19th I went back to American Swiss again but this time I wanted to request that they resize my husband ring because there's nothing we can do as they refused to exchange them. I am told to come with him for proper measurements. I explain that his finger is the size of my thumb. These are not our first rings. We are just changing them because we agreed to do so on our 10th year Anniversary....
