Poor service

I saw a very beautiful ring posted on American Swiss Instagram, took to my nearest AS store only to find that I will be treated poorly. The lady insisted that I visited an unofficial page, stating that she had never seen that ring before. I know for a fact that I was on an official page. So disappointed to see that staff members are not up to date and also very ********!
