Poor Service

Placed a special made order on the 11th of July. Paid the 10% cash deposit same day in store. I was told I would get the ring within 21 working days. Its been 25 working days, no once at the store can tell me where the ring is or when it will be delivered. Every time I get told that someone will call me back. Getting married now without a ring and have to make alternative arrangements. Service is extremely poor, I do not think I will ever make use or recommend American Swiss again.
