Poor service

Bought ring and send it for resizing. Wait more than a week. I call them.spoke to dineo yes..the ring is ready. Come there with arranged transport as they are far from me. Now the f.ing ring has not done!!!! I am so mad. I must get engaged on saturday. Now how lo g must i wait again...and ti think i must pay for this bad service!
