Poor Sercice at Customer care service.

I am disappointed with the customer service at American Swiss. In the beginning of December 2020 I did apply for an duel card for my daughter, we filed in the forms and the lady at American Swiss Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark said she will fax the forms to Customer care center. On the 14th of December when I phone the lady that helped me said she did fax it again on 14th to Customer Care center. Then on the 16th again I went to American Swiss, just to here they can't found my forms. Me and my daughter filed in a new form. The lady at American Swiss then fax it to Customer care service again, and phone them, she spoke to a lady by the name Lucille that confirms she received my application, then they promised me that I will definitely receive a sms by the Friday 18th of December to say that I must go and collect the duel cart. We'll up until today not me or my daughter received any sms to say that we can go to America Swiss at Vaal Mall to collect the card. Really this is totally un excepted.
