Poor ring crafting
I got a ring for my anniversary and for the second time in warrantee, a stone has fallen out. I don't want the ring fixed, I want a cash refund to get a ring somewhere that does not make defective jewelry. R 899 may not mean much to you guys but it does to me!!!!
