Poor quality - rose god wedding ring

I am so disappointed with the quality of my product.

Very first issue a month into the wearing of my ring, my stone fogged and was taken in... I got it cleaned and told about the possible triggers that could be the cause (non of which was the trigger BTW).

After the ring clean, I never wore my ring outside of work cause when I got home, as I set foot in my door the ring goes to my jewelry box.

My wedding ring which I have not yet enjoyed to date!!!! I have paid so much for a ring that lost two stones in a span of a year!!! I went into store for the 1st stone but was told about a back log this time of year and that I should rather try another jeweler. 2 weeks later, I lose a 2nd stone and now I have had it, I can't wear my ring at all, I can't enjoy my wedding ring as I'm supposed to!

Worse part is, I have tried reaching out to the tfg complaints department and sent a follow up email but to this day, no response which forced me to come onto this platform to get someone to see this who would be able to assist with my complaint.
