Poor quality rings

The quality of the rings the is not good,my husband bought an engagement ring last year June,July the diamond fell off,i went and it was replaced,now the diamond its off again where it was replaced so i wonder how it was fitted in cause it fell off again,i will never buy rings again here,the quality 1/10
