Poor quality jewellary
I am writing to formally raise my dissatisfaction with the wedding ring I purchased in May 2024. • In October 2024, the diamond came off the ring. Fortunately, I found it, and since the ring was still under its 6‑month warranty, it was repaired within two weeks. • On 5 September 2025, I reported that both stones had come off the ring, and this time I could not locate them. Since then, up to today (24 November 2025), I have not received the ring back despite continuous back‑and‑forth communication. • I have now been told the ring was “poorly maintained.” This is unacceptable, as I do not do hand‑intensive work, and the ring was far from being due for maintenance. The facts are clear: • The ring has required repairs twice in less than two years. • A wedding ring should not lose stones so quickly, nor should its quality deteriorate under normal wear. • I am now being asked to pay for repairs, despite the evident poor craftsmanship and despite the ring being unwearable. This situation has caused me significant frustration. A wedding ring is meant to be a lasting symbol, yet mine has proven defective within a very short period. I therefore request a full refund. If a refund is not possible, I expect a replacement ring of equal value and quality at no additional cost.

I am still waiting for feedback on this issue and must express that I am not pleased with the response provided by Gail Raubenheimer. You have returned a ring that I did not give you, and then attempted to attribute this to negligence on my part. This is unacceptable.
I will not accept this outcome, and I will ensure that others are made aware of the poor quality of rings and service being offered. I request that someone attend to this matter with urgency.
Furthermore, I will be engaging my lawyers regarding this issue. Kindly provide the appropriate contact details to which my lawyer may direct formal communication.
I expect your immediate attention and resolution.
