Poor Quality

Received a necklace as a gift from American Swiss in Nov 21 The chain cut after 3 days..unfortunately I was at the basin and the pendant went through the drain. I took the chain back to the store and they advised that they will send it for repairs but they cannot replace the pendant. Firstly buying from a store like American Swiss you expect to get quality for your money, otherwise we can buy it from any store. The fact that the chain cut after 3 days speaks for itself. I then asked if I could buy a Pendant and i was informed that it is not possible as I would need to buy the chain with the Pendant. The chain was repaired and got cut on the exact same day. I didnt bother taking it back as they will repair and it will get cut again.. I will not buy from American swiss and definitely will not recommend to family and friends!
