Poor Quality Anne Klein watches

Good day

I'm one of your most recent customers (specifically at the Tygervalley branch) as I've bought a new "Timberland" Time Piece and a Birthday present for my partner, One "Anne Klein" 3 piece set.

I purchased the Anne Klein on the 10th of June 2020 in the Tygervalley branch and everything went perfectly well. The problem came just some 14 days later as the brand new Anne Klein watch all of a sudden slipped off her wrist and fell to the ground. We immediately contacted the branch and was assisted by Mr Adhin (on the 25th of June) who took us through the process for the replacement/repair. I need to point out that Adhin went above and beyond to get us a replacement within a matter of weeks (great service) and we got the replacement on the 4th July.

This takes us to the reason for this email, attached you'll find the receipts and photos of the watch in it's current condition. Today is the 6th of July and it's just two days after receiving the replacement, brand new watch which I got as a gift that's already had to be replaced once and yet again it's broken at almost the exact same spot. Luckily this time my partner saw the ***** slowly coming loose and could stop it from falling down and have a repeat of what happened just weeks before. I'm utterly disappointed in both Anne Klein as a brand and American Swiss for selling faulty goods. I paid R2500 for a quality product but instead I'm stuck with what seems to be a very expensive imitation.

The reason I haven't visited the branch yet is due to how I feel about this situation I find myself in. I'm afraid of being disrespectful towards either Adhin or the person who's going to assist me. To be honest with you, my only wish is that I never visited American Swiss in the first place and selected the beautiful but faulty Anne Klein watch.

I would really appreciate feedback from you to understand if this kind of service is your standard. I will be in your branch by end of this week to get a full refund of my funds as replacing this watch again would be pointless!!
