Poor Quality
I am so disappointed with my gift I got. The stones come out and because it was gift I can't take it back because we no longer have the slip and it was a Xmas gift. This is my second bad experience first was a watch which they replace.

07 May 2022, 10:24I am still waiting for someone to contact me as per previous reply. I have noticed other people also complained about the exact same ring then why don't you remove it from the stores. It disappointing that such a big company sells poor quality jewelry
