POOR PATHETIC SERVICE AT AMERICAN SWISS

I have had the most terrible experience with American Swiss SA (Vangate Mall). I bought a Tempo pulse watch last year August, within 6 months the watch stopped working, i took it back and they replaced it with a new watch, which was Jan this year. There after again within 6 months the watch stopped working again, I took it back and they refused to refund me as i did not want another replacement, They said the manufacture needs to have a look at it and they will repair it, I still did not want a replacement or new watch at this point as the watch did this twice, The "Manager" of Vangate mall American Swiss has a terrible attitude and doesn't have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETITQUTE WHAT SO EVER, Shes been no help and it's been over 3 months and i still have not heard back with regards to the watch, I keep calling and they cannot give me feedback on where or when i will receive the watch back from repairs. I DIDNT EVEN GET A REF NUMBER when the "MANAGER" logged it, how professional? What a JOKE! This is pathetic and i will NEVER EVER BUY anything at AMERICAN SWISS.
