Poor Jewelry quality
I bought a ring a few years ago, a few stones fell off, I took it in to American Swiss and they repaired it. The stones have fallen off again, I took it in (with the stones) and have been quoted almost R1000 for it to be stuck back. This is really terrible customer service and poor quality of jewelry. I would not recommend anyone buying from American Swiss, especially for loves ones. Imagine the embarrassment when the quality is this bad and they not willing to repair the item without further payment.
