Poor customer service

It's been 2months or more now I've sent a email to American swiss head office customer care about a watch my husband bought for me and when they made it smaller they damaged it no one came back to me and when I phoned the lady name Gail told me that the customer was phoned by Micheal the area manager and referred to the parow branch and I told her I am the customer phoning and I did not receive any phone calls I then phoned the parow branch the lady with the name shaheida answered the phoned she does not have any customer service s****s while talking to her she had another conversation with someone else I then asked her to tell her manager rezah to call me back I gave her my number rezah never called back and up until today I never got any emails or phoned call and I also don't have time to go to branch as I am very busy I'm extremely disappointed in American swiss customer service they quick to take your money but if something is wrong they can't help you this store can close their doors!!!
