Poor customer service

I didn't appreciate the treatment that I received in American Swiss Mall Of Africa, instead of listening to my issue they kept saying that they can't help until I request to speak to their customer service agent and I really found it so inappropriate bcoz even after calling their head office the lady explained a different story to what I wanted, I had to explain myself and get helped from the other side.
